  • Shipping fees are calculated based on location and machine size. Delivery costs will be confirmed before finalizing the sale.

4.2 Installation

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation (power outlets, space, etc.). If the site is not ready at the time of delivery, additional charges may apply for rescheduling the installation.

5. Returns and Refunds

    Data generated by the machine (e.g., sales information, inventory status) is stored in a secure, encrypted database accessible only to authorized personnel and the Customer.

    Vending machines that accept digital payments are equipped with secure payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to protect cardholder information.

    The Vendor ensures that all payment systems are regularly updated and secured against cyber threats such as hacking, card skimming, or unauthorized access.

 

4. Liability for Customer-Operated Machines

4.1 Customer Responsibilities

    The Customer is responsible for maintaining the safe operation of the vending machine after installation, including keeping the machine in proper working order and ensuring it is accessible in a safe manner.

    Customers must notify the Vendor if they identify any safety issues or malfunctions that may pose a risk to users.

 

4.2 Vendor Liability

    The Vendor is not liable for injuries or damages caused by the improper use or tampering of the vending machine by the Customer or third parties.
