The policy applies to all vending machines sold under the agreement and includes terms for delivery, installation, warranty, and return procedures.
2. Shipping and Delivery

-
Shipping costs will be calculated and included in the cost to the Customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-
Shipping fees include transportation, insurance during transit, and handling charges.
-
The Customer will be informed of shipping fees prior to finalizing the purchase, and the costs will be part of the agreed terms.
2.2 Delivery Timeframe
-
Delivery of the vending machine will be completed within 7–14 business days after the order is confirmed, subject to product availability and location of delivery.
-
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical issues, will be communicated promptly to the Customer.
2.3 Delivery and Installation Process
-
Delivery and installation will be coordinated by the Vendor in collaboration with the Customer.
-
The installation fee will be calculated and communicated to the Customer as per the agreement.
-
The vending machine will be installed at a location agreed upon by both parties, and the Vendor will provide setup and operational training if needed.
2.4 Inspection Upon Delivery
-
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to inspect the vending machine for any visible damage or operational issues.
-
If there are any damages or discrepancies, the Customer must notify the Vendor within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
3. Return and Exchange Policy
3.1 Returns Eligibility
-
Returns will be accepted if the vending machine is found to have manufacturing defects, is damaged during shipping, or is non-operational upon delivery.
-
The machine must be in its original condition, with no additional damage caused by improper use or installation by the Customer.
-
If the vending machine has been operational for over 30 days, returns will not be accepted except under warranty conditions (refer to Section 4).
3.2 Return Process
-
The Customer must notify the Vendor of any issues within 30 days of receiving the machine to initiate a return.
-
Both parties will arrange for the machine to be returned to the Vendor’s facility for inspection.
-
Return shipping fees will be incurred by the Customer unless the machine is returned due to vendor-related issues (e.g., manufacturing defects or shipping damages), in which case the Vendor will cover the return shipping costs.
3.3 Exchanges
-
If a vending machine is returned due to defects or damages, the Vendor will provide a replacement machine within 14 business days, subject to availability.
-
The replacement shipping and installation costs will be covered by the Vendor if the return is due to manufacturing issues or damage during shipping.
4. Warranty and Repairs
4.1 Warranty Coverage
-
The vending machine is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of installation.
-
The warranty covers parts, repairs, and labor related to manufacturing defects and operational failures not caused by improper use or external damage.
-
Both parties will share repair and maintenance costs if issues arise after the warranty period.
4.2 Repair Process
-
For machines requiring repairs under warranty, the Vendor will arrange for a technician to assess and fix the issue.
-
If repairs cannot be performed on-site, the Vendor will handle shipping the machine for repairs. The Customer and Vendor will equally share shipping costs.
-
After the warranty period, repairs can be requested, but all costs will be split based on the agreement.
5. Exclusions from Returns and Warranty
-
Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, tampering, or negligence by the Customer or third parties not authorized by the Vendor.
